PRICING
Please note that our pricing reflects our current focus on providing therapy services exclusively to individuals. We are committed to offering affordable and equitable care tailored to your personal needs.
Ideal for clients who have been in therapy for a while and are confident in their skills, the 30-minute session focuses on practice and application, making it perfect for brief check-ins and ongoing support.
Best suited for clients who are starting therapy or have a few key issues to address, the 50-minute session is optimal for intake meetings and is our most popular choice, allowing ample time for exploration and discussion.
Designed for clients with more comprehensive issues or those who find shorter sessions too brief, the 75-minute session provides additional time to delve into complex topics and discuss multiple areas of concern in greater depth.

We understand that financial constraints can be a barrier to accessing therapy services. To support individuals who may have difficulty affording our standard rates, we offer a sliding scale program with reduced fees based on financial need.
