Welcome to
Reflecting Room

Therapy at Reflecting Room is rooted in the belief that reflection is where real change begins. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, wrestling with uncertainty, or feeling disconnected from yourself, Reflecting Room serves as a space to pause and turn toward what’s asking for your attention.

What Sets Us Apart

The right fit matters. Here’s how our practice is different from most therapy clinics:

Not Just Talk Therapy

Therapy should do more than just help you process your thoughts—it should give you practical tools you can use in real life. We focus on strategies and skills that help you navigate everyday challenges and build confidence.

Flexible Approach

Unlike short-term workplace or EAP programs, which often focus on immediate stress or crisis management, we offer a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to your individual needs. This allows for deeper, more flexible work that produces meaningful, lasting results.

Come as You Are

Your background, beliefs, gender identity, or political views don’t matter here. We treat you as a person first, creating a space where you can be fully yourself.

Meet Nicole
Founder and Registered Psychotherapist

Finding the right therapist is all about the connection. The subtle sense that someone truly gets you. You’ll know it’s a good fit when you leave sessions feeling lighter, more understood, and confident that your therapist can hold the complexity of your experiences alongside you. I strive to create a space where you feel accepted and safe to share even your most vulnerable thoughts and experiences. Especially the ones that feel hardest to speak aloud.

Frequently Asked Questions

For more information, please visit our FAQ page.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or want support in making changes in your life, therapy can help. You don’t need to have a crisis to benefit — therapy is for anyone looking to better understand themselves and their patterns.

Is what I share in therapy confidential?

Yes. Everything you share in therapy is private and confidential. The only exceptions are when we are legally or ethically required to break confidentiality to keep you or someone else safe (such as risk of harm to self/others, child abuse, or court orders).

What are your fees?

Our fees are based on therapist qualifications and experience. Standard 50-minute sessions are $150, 30-minute check-in sessions are $85, and extended 75-minute sessions are $190. We’ll always review fees before or during your first appointment so there are no surprises.
